Role: The Binder is no combatant; he prefers to leave that to magical items and his genie companion. His true forte is the city and markets where he may use his wit and cunning to provide the party with the goods and information they need.

All of the following are class features for the Binder.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Binders are proficient with all simple weapons. They are also proficient with Light Armor.
Master Merchant
The binder retains his great skills as a merchant, he may sell all items for 60% of the value rather than the standard 50% and he gains a 10% discount on all purchased merchandise. At 5th, 10th, 15th and 20th level the binder gains an additional 10% value for sold items and 10% discount on bought merchandise.
Shackled Genie
The Binder has a genie companion contained inside a lamp, bottle or flask. If this object is ever broken, then the genie would be released from its shackles and could then do as it wished. The player may choose whichever form of Genie he wishes to be master of.
Binding Knowledge
Starting at 4th level the Binder has extensive knowledge of binding beings; he gains +10 on any rolls when trying to persuade a summoned planar creature.
Bonus Feat
At 4th level and every 4 levels after the Binder may choose any feat, in additional to his normal character advancement feats, that he meets the requirements for.
Bonus Skill Focus
At 5th level and every 5 levels after the Binder may gain an additional Skill Focus feat for any skill he is trained in.
Cunning Evasion
At 6th level the Binder has become adept at dodging attacks by using his knowledge and wit; he adds his intelligence modifier to Reflex Saves and gains the benefit of evasion, as the rogue ability.
Master of Magic Trinkets
At 14th level the binder has become a true expert in the use of magical items, he may choose to take an automatic 10 on his use magic device roll. He must choose to do this prior to rolling the d20. In addition he also has a 20% chance of not consuming a charge when manipulating magical items.
